Villa Altius and Villa Nemia Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all reservations and use of both villas.

In making a reservation, guests accept and agree to these terms and conditions.

  • Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the advised deposit amount.

  • All rates are net and are quoted in Australian dollars. The rates apply to single or double occupancy for Villa Nemia, and single, double or triple for villa Altius.

  • Maximum capacity is two persons per bedroom unless approval is gained prior to arrival.

  • Prior approval must be sought for functions or events at the villas, and a limit on the number of persons that may attend any such event apply.

  • A minimum stay of seven nights applies to all reservations during high and peak seasons.

  • Once confirmed, cancellation of a reservation will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Check- in time is 2.00 pm and check-out time is 11 am. Late check-out may be charged at half a day's rate, and check out after 8 pm will be charged an additional night's stay.

  • Taman Sari Villas reserve the right to ask any disruptive guest/s to leave the premises if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate and a disruption to other guests.

  • Guests are required to sign a credit card authorization at check-in to cover the cost of any damage or loss incurred by them during their stay.

  • Taman Sari Villas do not accept responsibility for any loss of property or any injury or illness experienced by a guest during their stay. All guests are required to sign a waver of liability form confirming same at check-in.

  • It is strongly recommended that guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance after their reservation has been confirmed to cover against illness, injury, theft of property or cancellation of their booking.
